Eligibility of Membership

Pricing of products
The prices which are shown on the downshoulder website are in Indian National Rupees (INR).downshoulder preserves full rights to change, modify the prices of the products at any time according to current market trends in ethnic wear.
Important Guidelines To Note:
- While returning the product, first of all, the customer needs to inform the downshoulder customer care team after receiving the parcel within 24 hours via e-mail.
- Customer refunds will be processed Via NEFT with 4-5 business days.
- Every Customer needs to self-courier the product to the downshoulder warehouse address after receiving return instructions from an authorized downshoulder customer care representative.
- In case of a product damaged/defect, downshoulder customer care will, first of all, analyze & validate and then process the refunds.
Fraudulent Activities/Transactions
downshoulder reserves the full rights to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and lawyers’ fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. downshoulder reserves the full access to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
